Pacific Arts & Craft ships orders Australia-wide and globally from New South Wales.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• During launches, pre-launch orders, or peak periods, processing times may be extended.  Any delays will be clearly communicated.

Shipping Timeframes (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days (if selected)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website or at checkout.

Pre-Launch Orders

• Items purchased as part of a pre-lauch order on the launch date, or when stock becomes available.

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-launch order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
